Andre was very helpful throughout the booking process, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. He helped us arrange an airport pickup, and when we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by one of his English-speaking associates. Although the apartment I had originally booked was not available, we were given an upgraded apt. instead. The views of Copacabana were amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better location (right between Copacabana and Ipanema). Our checkout was easy, and Andre worked with our flight schedule and allowed us to check out late. We had an amazing stay in a beautiful city. I would definitely book with Andre again.
