IMPORTANT: comply with the rules stipulated by the Condominium and the Owner, both to make good use of the facilities and to occupy the property. Below are some of the reasons that can generate fines, charges, and/or breaches of contract:
- Non-compliance with quiet hours: from 10pm to 7am.
- Removal of rubbish out of place and time specified during the stay.
- Disturbances and damage that may cause people occupying the property.
- Drug consumption and possession of illicit substances within the building or apartment.
- Inappropriate behavior in common areas of the building.
- Smoking inside the property.
- Events, parties and any activity that is not typical of a residential property are not permitted.
- Stains, missing items and damages are deducted from the security deposit in the amount of 1.5, received in cash at check-in.
- The deposit for the stay is made in cash or PIX. We do not accept checks, credit cards or transfers that are not instantaneous.
- Visitors cannot stay overnight in the property, under penalty of fine and breach of contract.
- Authorized people in the condominium have access to the property, according to the list of names and photos of IDs sent by the reservation holder prior to check-in.
- The Condominium administration reserves the right to not accept seasonal stays that are not exclusive to family groups.
